All contractors matched through BluePeak are independent third parties, not employees or agents of BluePeak. BluePeak does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of services provided by contractors. You are solely responsible for evaluating contractors and for any agreements entered into with them.
BluePeak provides its matching service "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that contractors will be available in your area, that matches will be made, or that any contractor will contact you within any particular timeframe.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluePeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or your engagement with any contractor. BluePeak's total liability shall not exceed $100.
BluePeak is not an insurance company, insurance adjuster, or insurance broker. We do not provide insurance advice or guarantee insurance coverage. Any insurance-related representations made by contractors are solely the contractors' representations.
BluePeak is not a lender or mortgage broker. Financing options displayed are offered by independent third-party lenders. All financing is subject to credit approval and lender terms. BluePeak makes no representations regarding rates, terms, or approval likelihood.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas.
