We collect information you provide directly: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, home service details, insurance carrier information, and project descriptions. We also collect usage data such as IP addresses and browser type for security and rate limiting purposes.
We use your information to: match you with qualified local contractors, send you a confirmation of your service request, and facilitate contact between you and contractors. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share your contact information and project details with contractors we match you with, subject to your consent. We may also share information with our email service provider (Resend/SendGrid) and CRM platform (HubSpot/Salesforce) for the purposes described above. All third parties are contractually required to protect your information.
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages from BluePeak and its contractor partners at the phone number provided, which may include calls made using automated telephone dialing equipment. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We retain lead and contact information for up to 24 months to facilitate contractor follow-up and improve our matching service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@bluepeaklocal.com.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to: access personal information we hold about you, request deletion of your personal information, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data), and non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure session management, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
